Chris Avantgarde Reveals ‘Down For The Night’ with Poté — A New Chapter in the Hyperreal Era

Visionary producer and composer Chris Avantgarde continues to expand his sonic universe with ‘Down For The Night’, the newest single from his forthcoming debut album Hyperreal, out now via his newly launched label of the same name. Supported by Tiësto, Martin Garrix, Oliver Heldens, Massano and more, the release follows previous singles ‘Dale’ and ‘Energy’ — marking another pivotal step in the Hyperreal journey.

Blending moody synths, pulsing percussion and Poté’s haunting vocals, ‘Down For The Night’ captures that fleeting intensity when connection and escape merge into one. The result is a deeply immersive, genre-fluid soundscape that balances raw club energy with cinematic emotion.

“It’s about losing yourself, escaping reality for a moment, and finding freedom in sound,” explains Avantgarde. “Poté brought the perfect vocal to capture that feeling — something deeply human and universal.”

A classically and jazz-trained multi-instrumentalist, Chris Avantgarde (Christian Vornweg) has long blurred the lines between club culture and cinematic composition. Beyond the dancefloor, his work has appeared across film, gaming and fashion — including co-writing the original soundtrack for Vetements SS26 Paris Fashion Week alongside Anyma.

With acclaimed collaborations with Anyma, Adam Beyer, Kevin de Vries, and Massano, plus standout performances at Ultra, EDC, Tomorrowland, Hï Ibiza, Pacha and UNVRS, 2025 continues to cement Avantgarde’s position as one of electronic music’s most forward-thinking artists.
