Fred again.. continues his unstoppable run with a new collaboration alongside Irish producer KETTAMA and Australian band Shady Nasty, titled ‘HARDSTYLE 2’ — out now across platforms.
The track marks the latest addition to the ever-expanding universe of Fred’s USB album — a living, evolving collection that defines his modern creative era. It follows a string of high-profile releases including ‘Facilita’ with Caribou and MC Teteu, ‘Ambery’ with Floating Points, ‘OK OK’ with Danny Brown, BEAM & PARISI, and ‘you’re a star’ with Amyl & The Sniffers.
Last month, Fred kicked off a bold new phase of the USB series, promising 10 songs and 10 shows across 10 cities in 10 weeks. The journey continues this weekend with a sold-out performance at RDS Simmonscourt in Dublin, featuring guest appearances from EMA, Caolan Ryan, and Fontaines D.C. DJs.
Originally launched in 2022, Fred’s USB concept has grown into one of electronic music’s most innovative projects — blending emotional storytelling with spontaneous creativity. The first installment, USB001, featured global anthems like ‘Baby Again’, ‘Rumble’ (with Skrillex & Flowdan), and ‘stayinit’ with Lil Yachty. Following its limited vinyl release in 2024, fans can now look forward to USB002 — currently available for pre-order.
