New York–native DJ and producer Layton Giordani has officially announced the launch of his brand-new label MADMINDS, created in partnership with Armada Music.
Rooted in the city that shaped his sound, MADMINDS promises to be more than a record label. It’s a creative hub where genre lines blur, visual art meets music, and unconventional minds find their voice. The debut release is expected in early September.
A Home for Bold Creativity
MADMINDS takes its name seriously — designed for artists who embrace originality, fearless ideas, and out-of-the-box thinking. Each release will be paired with striking artwork and immersive live production, offering a multi-sensory experience that extends far beyond the music itself.
“New York City is where I first discovered house and techno at 16 years old,” says Giordani. “From Pacha NYC to Output Brooklyn, my first residencies and experiences here shaped me completely. Launching MADMINDS in my hometown feels like the most natural step in my journey.”
In Partnership With Armada Music
By teaming up with Armada, Giordani brings his vision to one of dance music’s most influential global platforms. Together, they aim to push boundaries and inject fresh energy into the scene, spotlighting both Giordani’s own productions and rising talents who align with the label’s rebellious, imaginative ethos.
Giordani’s Ongoing Rise
Already a heavyweight in house and techno, Giordani continues to make waves with collaborations alongside Adam Beyer, Green Velvet, Anyma, HI-LO, and more. His 2024 remix of Anyma’s “Last Night” soared to #1 on Beatport, while his 2025 collaborations — including At Night with Anyma and his remix of John Summit’s Focus — cemented his place at the forefront of global electronic music.
With MADMINDS, Giordani is now stepping into the role of label boss, channeling his NYC roots and international reach into a platform built for the future.
