Canadian DJ and producer Rezz has officially announced her long-awaited fifth studio album, As The Pendulum Swings, due out September 12, 2025 via her own label, HypnoVizion. The reveal comes alongside the release of the album’s opening track, “Prophecy”, a bold and cinematic single now available across all streaming platforms.
A Darker, More Mature Sound
With “Prophecy”, Rezz signals a new era of sonic evolution. Known for her hypnotic rhythms and shadowy atmospheres, this latest track adds layers of industrial basslines, mechanical textures, and cinematic tension — setting the tone for what’s to come. It’s a striking blend of French electro influences and her unmistakable signature style.

Following a series of concept-driven releases like 2023’s goth-inspired IT’S NOT A PHASE EP and 2024’s heavy bass LP CAN YOU SEE ME?, the upcoming As The Pendulum Swings reflects a more refined and confident approach to production. The new album will continue rolling out over the summer, leading up to Rezz’s second PORTAL show in Tacoma and the highly anticipated REZZ ROCKS VII at Red Rocks Amphitheatre this October.
So far, the album features three official singles: “Prophecy”, the recently released “Contorted”, and “Telepathy”, all hinting at a more cinematic and emotionally resonant direction for the artist.

Who Is Rezz?
Isabelle Rezazadeh, better known as Rezz, has cemented her status as one of the most groundbreaking female artists in electronic music. With millions of streams, two Juno Awards, and historic performances at Coachella, Lollapalooza, and Red Rocks, she has continually redefined the boundaries of bass, techno, and visual-driven performance.
Her rise has included covers on Billboard and DJ Mag, a dedicated fanbase, and a trailblazing moment as the first female DJ to headline Coachella’s Sahara Stage.
