Egypt’s July Electronic Calendar Is Officially Stacked
July is shaping up to be one of the busiest electronic music months Egypt has seen in years. There will be a packed run of house, techno, melodic, Afro house, and electronic events. These events will take over the North Coast.
From Surf Club’s heavy summer program to AKTI by ZAHRA’s premium shows, Kiki’s beach house bookings, The Smokery Beach, Almaza Bay, and the Roman Theatre, July is starting to look like a serious statement for Egypt’s electronic music scene.
A Heavy Start To The Month
The month kicks off on July 2 with ARTBAT at Surf Club, setting the tone for a stacked summer run.
One week later, July 9 becomes one of the most interesting nights of the season, with Agents Of Time and Stephan Bodzin taking over the Roman Theatre, while Massano and Rolbac play Surf Club on the same night.
Mahmut Orhan follows on July 10, with the venue still to be announced.
Surf Club Leads A Strong Summer Run
Surf Club is clearly one of the main electronic music hubs this July. It will host a consistent run of international names across the month.
After ARTBAT and Massano, the venue continues with Gordo and Lannka on July 16, Rivo and Stasi Sanlin on July 23, Arodes and Minds of Lust on July 25, then CamelPhat and Josh Gigante on July 30.
It is not just one booking. It is a full electronic calendar.
AKTI by ZAHRA Enters With Premium Names
AKTI by ZAHRA is also making a major statement this month.
Adriatique and Colyn land on July 24, bringing one of the strongest melodic house and techno bookings of the summer.
A week later, Francis Mercier brings his Solèy World Show to AKTI by ZAHRA on July 31. This adds a strong Afro house and global electronic energy to the calendar.
Kiki’s, The Smokery Beach & Shorelines Add More Depth
July 25 is especially packed, with RBØR at The Smokery Beach, Ashibah at Kiki’s, and Arodes with Minds of Lust at Surf Club all happening on the same date.
Kiki’s continues on July 30 with Franky Rizardo. Meanwhile, Shorelines Festival returns to Almaza Bay on July 31.
By the end of the month, Egypt’s electronic scene will have moved through melodic techno, Afro house, deep house, tech house, and beach-focused electronic events. These events will span multiple venues.
