After reviewing current Spotify audience figures across a selection of leading electronic artists, David Guetta leads the ranking with 86.5 million monthly listeners, followed by Calvin Harris with 79.9 million.

Guetta sits at 86.5M monthly listeners, while Calvin Harris follows with 79.9M. Marshmello takes third place with 55.1M, ahead of The Chainsmokers and DJ Snake.

HUGEL Continues His Rise
One of the standout names is HUGEL, whose 41.6M monthly listeners put him at No.8, just behind Avicii and ahead of established global names including Tiësto, Kygo, Martin Garrix and Swedish House Mafia.
Further down the full Top 30, the ranking includes artists from different generations and corners of electronic music, from Daft Punk and Armin van Buuren to Fred again.., FISHER and ANOTR.
What Spotify Monthly Listeners Actually Tell Us
Monthly listeners are not a definitive measurement of who the “biggest DJ” is. Spotify calculates the metric based on unique listeners over a rolling 28-day period, meaning figures can move significantly following major releases, collaborations or viral tracks.
They do, however, provide a useful snapshot of an artist’s current streaming reach.
