BICEP have returned with Air / Lemonder / Viper, a three-track release that signals the beginning of a new creative chapter for the Belfast electronic duo. This new project is officially titled BICEP Air Lemonder Viper.
Released through Ninja Tune on September 25, 2026, the project features vocal contributions from SOARR and Saskia. It also includes a collaboration with acclaimed British electronic producer Clark. It is BICEP’s first new music of 2026. Three Tracks and Three Distinct Directions
The release opens with “Air,” featuring SOARR, before moving into the instrumental “Lemonder.” Its closing track, “Viper,” brings BICEP together with Clark and vocalist Saskia.
Although presented as one release, the three tracks offer contrasting interpretations of BICEP’s melodic and rhythm-focused sound. “Air” places the voice at the centre of an atmospheric electronic arrangement, while “Lemonder” turns towards detailed percussion and gradual progression. Here, the unified vision of BICEP Air Lemonder Viper is evident in their experimental approach.
“Viper” adds another dimension through Clark’s characteristically intricate electronic production. The collaboration retains BICEP’s emotional core while introducing a more forceful, unpredictable edge.
A New Studio Transforms BICEP’s Workflow
Andrew Ferguson and Matthew McBriar developed the material after moving into a new studio and constructing their own vocal booth.
According to the duo, the upgraded space changed their recording process by allowing vocalists and collaborators to work live in the room. That approach helped SOARR and Saskia become integrated parts of the music. Instead of being voices added only during the final production stages, they were involved throughout.

The Music Expands Into a Three-Part Film
Air / Lemonder / Viper is accompanied by three connected films directed by Palestinian-American filmmaker Ryan Doubiago and produced by CANADA.
Following two UK free-party crews over 24 hours, the trilogy begins with the countryside setup in “Lemonder,” moves through the intensity of the night during “Viper,” and concludes at sunrise with “Air.”
Rather than simply functioning as music videos, the films document the friendships, coordination and collective effort required to create independent gatherings around music and sound systems. BICEP Prepare for Their Live Return
The release also arrives ahead of several major BICEP performances. The duo are scheduled to play sold-out shows in Sydney and Melbourne on October 31 and November 1. These will be followed by an additional Melbourne date on November 2.

BICEP have not yet confirmed whether the three tracks will lead into a complete studio album. However, the redesigned recording process, new collaborations and connected film project make Air / Lemonder / Viper feel like more than an isolated release.
