Carlita Announces New Album ‘Telepathy’ via Ninja Tune

Turkish-Italian producer, DJ and multi-instrumentalist Carlita has announced her second studio album, Telepathy. This new release is officially known as the Carlita Telepathy album. It is set for release on November 6, 2026, via Ninja Tune.

The announcement arrives alongside a new single, “One More Dance,” created with singer-songwriter Stevie Appleton, one half of the duo Collect 200. In addition, the collaboration offers another look at an album designed to carry Carlita’s club-rooted sound into a broader world of songwriting, pop and collaborative production.

Carlita Explores Unspoken Connections on ‘Telepathy’

At the heart of Telepathy is the idea of communication that exists without words. Fans of Carlita will find that the Carlita Telepathy album explores invisible connections between people, memories, relationships and the world around them.

Carlita describes telepathy as thinking deeply about someone or something without attempting to possess it. As a result, that person or experience may unexpectedly enter your life.

That concept runs throughout the 13-track album, which is presented as feminine, driving and groove-focused. While the record remains connected to the dancefloor, its subtle dance-pop direction allows Carlita to explore a more expansive side of her artistry. In fact, the Carlita Telepathy album marks a step forward in her musical evolution.

Telepathy sits between an intimate pop record and a night spent dancing in a smoky basement. Its music is built to move a room in the moment. Furthermore, it is meant to return later through the people, places and memories attached to it.

An Ambitious Collection of Collaborators

The album brings together an extensive cast of artists, including SOFI TUKKER, Justine Skye, Malive, Paige Cavell, Cleo Simone, Stevie Appleton, Kosmo Kint, Edd and jasper.wav.

“One More Dance” follows the release of two singles that have already marked important milestones in Carlita’s career.

Her collaboration with Paige Cavell, “Patchwork,” earned Carlita her first BBC Radio 1 Hottest Record. Meanwhile, “Manhattan,” created with SOFI TUKKER, became her first track to enter the station’s B List.

Together, the singles have introduced a new era for Carlita—one that retains the rhythmic identity of her club productions. At the same time, her sound is moving further into the pop landscape. Notably, the Carlita Telepathy album showcases this genre-blending approach.

Stevie Appleton, who appears on “One More Dance,” has previously collaborated with artists including deadmau5, Tiësto, John Summit, The Martinez Brothers and BLOND.

Fashion, Art and the Visual World of ‘Telepathy’

The visual identity surrounding the album was developed with creative director Pedro Damasceno. Meanwhile, its cover and accompanying photography were shot by Rafael Pavarotti.

Pavarotti’s recent portfolio includes work with Charli xcx, Madonna, Tyla and Addison Rae. For Telepathy, the photographer creates a visual atmosphere combining intimacy, editorial detail and elements of magical realism.

The imagery reflects the album’s central idea: the invisible threads connecting people to what they understand, remember and feel.

It also continues Carlita’s established relationship with the fashion industry. She has performed for YSL Beauty. In addition, she has collaborated with Louis Vuitton, Chanel and FENDI, and appeared in publications including Vogue Italia, GQ Italia and L’Officiel.

Her Senza Fine event series has further united electronic music, fashion and visual art through immersive experiences staged around New York Fashion Week.
