Dutch DJ and producer Mau P has officially released “Just A Little Bit More.” He has transformed one of the summer’s most requested IDs into another powerful dancefloor weapon.
Released via Interscope Records, the track arrives after months of anticipation fueled by Mau P’s festival performances and viral clips from his live sets. Fans had been repeatedly asking for the ID. Now, its official release delivers exactly what made those early previews so effective.

A nostalgic vocal rebuilt for modern dancefloors
“Just A Little Bit More” samples the recognizable vocal hook from Liberty X’s 2002 hit “Just A Little.” However, Mau P pushes it into an entirely different world.

The nostalgic vocal is placed over a driving tech-house groove built around a heavy low end, sharp synth elements and carefully controlled tension. Meanwhile, a whistle cuts through the breakdown before the track returns to its central groove. This creates the kind of simple but highly effective moment designed to generate an immediate crowd reaction.
Instead of overloading the production, Mau P gives each element enough space to land. The vocal provides the hook. In contrast, the rhythm carries the track with the directness and physical energy that have become central to his sound.
Mau P continues his selective release strategy
“Just A Little Bit More” is Mau P’s second single of 2026. It follows “neck,” released through Chris Lake’s Black Book Records in February.
It also marks only his 15th original production since launching the Mau P project and breaking through globally with “Drugs From Amsterdam” in 2022. Despite maintaining a relatively compact catalog, the Dutch producer has established himself as one of the most influential artists in contemporary house music.
His ability to turn stripped-back ideas into instantly recognizable club records has made every new release feel like an event. “Just A Little Bit More” continues that approach. It features a memorable vocal, an uncompromising groove and a production designed specifically for peak-time dancefloors.
Another major moment in Mau P’s biggest year yet
The release adds to a landmark year for Mau P, which has already included recognition on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 Europe list. It has also included high-profile residencies at Pacha Ibiza and XS Las Vegas.
His BADDEST BEHAVIOUR open-to-close event concept has also continued to grow, allowing him to explore a wider range of sounds across extended sets. Additionally, this strengthens his identity beyond individual festival appearances.
With “Just A Little Bit More,” Mau P once again proves that he does not need a crowded release schedule to dominate the conversation. Sometimes, one carefully tested record is enough.
“Just A Little Bit More” is available now across all major streaming platforms and on Beatport.
