Tomorrowland Joins Apple Music’s Club Live Series

Tomorrowland becomes the latest major event to join Club Live following broadcasts from EDC Las Vegas and The Warehouse Project. For fans of global dance music events, Apple Music Tomorrowland Club Live represents a milestone in festival streaming.

The series was created to connect electronic music fans with leading festivals, clubs, and dance floors through licensed live audio broadcasts.

Stephen Campbell is Apple Music’s Global Head of Dance, Electronic Music and DJ Mixes. He described Tomorrowland as a defining global gathering for dance music culture. In addition, Campbell said that the partnership will allow fans worldwide to experience the festival’s atmosphere in real time.

Supporting Artists Through Licensed DJ Mixes

Club Live is powered by the technology behind Apple Music’s DJ Mix programme and Shazam’s music-identification system.

The platform is designed to ensure that music included inside live DJ sets is correctly identified, cleared, tracked, monetised, and paid for, creating a more sustainable model for artists and rights holders.

Apple Music plans to continue expanding Club Live through future broadcasts from festivals, clubs, and its own studios, while building an on-demand archive of live electronic music performances.
