The Night League founder and CEO Yann Pissenem has dismissed online rumours claiming that UNVRS, Hï Ibiza and Ushuaïa Ibiza have been sold.
The speculation began circulating widely across TikTok on Wednesday, with several posts suggesting that the three Ibiza venues had changed ownership. The claims quickly gained attention across the electronic music community. Nevertheless, there has been no official announcement confirming a sale.

Yann Pissenem Responds on Instagram
Pissenem addressed the rumours directly through his Instagram Story on Thursday, sharing a clear three-word response: “NOT FOR SALE.”
His Story tagged The Night League, Ushuaïa Ibiza, Hï Ibiza and UNVRS. He publicly rejected the claims surrounding the future and ownership of the venues.
The response arrived less than a day after the speculation began spreading heavily across TikTok. There, videos discussing the alleged sale attracted significant attention.
No Official Sale Has Been Announced
At the time of publication, no sale or ownership change involving UNVRS, Hï Ibiza or Ushuaïa Ibiza has been officially announced.
The three venues represent a major part of Ibiza’s contemporary nightlife landscape. Ushuaïa has long been one of the island’s most recognised open-air destinations. Meanwhile, Hï Ibiza has become a central venue for large-scale electronic music residencies.
UNVRS, the newest addition to The Night League’s Ibiza portfolio, opened as a large-scale club concept. It was designed to combine the scale of an arena with the atmosphere and production of a nightclub.
Given the profile of the venues and their influence on Ibiza’s nightlife economy, any confirmed ownership change would represent a significant development. Furthermore, this would be important for the global electronic music industry.
For now, however, Pissenem’s public response leaves little room for interpretation: the venues are “not for sale.”
